By using this website and/or if you make an order with us, please ensure that you:

How to make a reservation

To make a reservation, please fill out our booking form directly on our website or contact us via phone or chat. Follow the booking steps we have provided after selecting our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the detailed information you enter when making a reservation is accurate. We are not responsible for failing to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your trip (see the clause regarding Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes).

Corrections made after the booking is confirmed will be treated as a change or cancellation of your booking (See Cancellation clause).

Your booking is confirmed once we successfully receive it, and it will include all your booking details and other details. We will send you a copy of your booking confirmation, depending on the booking method you selected. You may need to show your booking confirmation to the driver who picks you up for boarding. Therefore, we recommend saving it or printing it if necessary.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange your departure time and pickup point. We may contact you several hours before departure. To avoid last-minute delays, we recommend contacting us directly to confirm your departure time and pickup point before your trip.

Rate and Payment

All rates listed on our website include tax only. Details on your booking page will list additional services, if any, included in the rate. Any additional services or other requests you make may incur additional charges, which you must pay to us.

Rates in Rupiah will be displayed on the order details page. Your bank may charge you a transfer fee, which is your responsibility.

A refund of the rate paid for your booking is possible in certain circumstances (Please read the Changes and Cancellation Refunds clause). Charges added by your card provider are non-refundable. You must contact your card provider.

We occasionally run promotions and discounts, most of which can be viewed on our website. These discounts are not automatically added to the rate and must be activated. Offers are limited in time and subject to applicable Terms and Conditions.

Luggage

Luggage must not exceed the dimensions of the available space, and other items such as boxes, sacks, golf bags, etc. must be specified at the time of booking. Extra baggage or baggage exceeding standard dimensions is subject to storage space availability, and your booking may be rejected due to inability to accommodate it in some circumstances. You may be asked to change the vehicle type you booked.

Passengers are responsible for all costs incurred for excess baggage and other items not declared at the time of booking and we may refuse to accommodate your booking.

Special request

All special requests are subject to our ability to accommodate them. We cannot guarantee that special requests will be met. We recommend that you contact us directly before your departure time to confirm any special requests. Additional charges may apply, and we will calculate and inform you in advance.

Child passengers and child seats

All infants and children are counted as passengers and must be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking. Child or infant seats are not automatically added to your booking. It is your responsibility to request a child or infant seat at the time of booking, as we do not automatically provide child or infant seats. You must check with us for availability, and we will provide one based on availability, and an additional charge may apply.

If you wish to bring your own child or infant seat, please inform us at the time of booking, including your child's age and the type of seat you are bringing. Please check with us to ensure the seat is compatible with your vehicle. We are not responsible if the child seat you bring is incompatible with your vehicle.

Passengers with disabilities or special needs

We cannot currently guarantee that the vehicles we offer on this website are equipped to provide appropriate access for people with disabilities (including wheelchair access). If you are traveling with a medical condition or disability that may affect your trip or require special handling, please contact us before booking to let us know how we can accommodate your special handling needs.

Cancellation by you

Cancellations can be made directly by contacting us or via our chat facility. Please ensure you receive a response from us confirming your cancellation. Your order is not considered cancelled until we confirm your cancellation directly via phone or chat. The time of cancellation is considered the time we confirm your cancellation request (See Refunds clause).

Money refund

You are entitled to a 100% full refund for your booking without cancellation fees, as long as the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before your service time. You are not entitled to any refund on your booking if you cancel 72 hours or less before your service time or if you do not use the booked service for any reason other than our error.

Refunds will be based on the order you canceled. If you have ordered more than one service, these must be processed separately. We only issue refunds for the canceled order, not for the others. You will not be entitled to a refund for any uncancelled transfers.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reach you. Please note that fees charged by your bank are non-refundable. You must contact your bank directly. If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us.

Changes requested by you

If you wish to change a confirmed booking, you can do so at any time, up to 72 hours before your scheduled service. You can request a change by contacting us or using our chat feature.

Your order is not considered changed until we confirm the change. The time you make a change to your order is deemed to be the time we confirm the change to you.

If you change your booking more than 72 hours before your service time, and this changes the total rate of the new booking:

  1. The rate is the same as the rate you paid for your previous booking, you do not need to pay anything to change your booking.
  2. The rate becomes more than the rate you paid for the previous order, you must pay the excess amount to us.
  3. If the rate is less than the rate you paid for your previous booking, you will not be eligible for any refund either in part or in full.

Cancellations or changes made by us

If, in the unlikely event that we cancel or need to make changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible after we become aware of this. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund of the rate you paid for the affected portion of your trip, and we will have no further liability to you.

Pickup place and time

It is the responsibility of all passengers to wait for pickup at the designated pick-up location detailed in your booking confirmation, or as otherwise arranged and agreed between you and us. You must be at that location at least 15 minutes before the agreed pick-up time or as notified by us.

You were not there when we picked you up and/or you were late

If you cancel your service because you're not available for pick-up and you haven't cancelled your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time, you won't be entitled to a refund. If you believe you might be late, you should contact us immediately. We will make alternative pick-up arrangements, subject to availability.

We failed or did not pick you up

If we fail or do not arrive to pick you up and have not contacted you about this before your departure time, you must contact us as soon as possible. If you are unable to contact us, please ensure you do not miss any other connections or other requirements and make alternative transportation arrangements as soon as possible. Notify us as soon as possible with proof that we or our driver did not pick you up at the designated pick-up area. If this is due to our or our driver's error, you will be entitled to a full refund of your booking. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to our or our driver's error in failing or not picking you up.

Force majeure

Force majeure, or in French: force majeure, means a situation that occurs beyond human control and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly. Included in the category of force majeure are war, riots, revolutions, natural disasters, strikes, fires, and other disasters that must be declared by an authorized official or agency. These circumstances result in us failing or being unable to serve you and/or you failing or not being present when we pick you up due to force majeure, you must contact us as soon as possible. If you do not contact us to inform us of the force majeure, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Travel insurance

We recommend that you travel with your own travel insurance that is adequate for your needs.

Complaint

If you encounter any issues with our service during your trip, you should contact us immediately. After your trip, please submit your complaint to us, providing as much information and evidence as possible within 7 days of your trip. We will initiate an investigation and verify the information. Please note that after you make a booking, we may review your communication history with us regarding the booking. Failure to notify us of your complaint promptly may affect our ability to investigate the matter. Please note that we will only act on matters within our scope of responsibility in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Law and Jurisdiction

The above Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and you agree that any dispute that may arise between you and us in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Denpasar District Court, Bali, Indonesia.
